Wholesale Returns

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all wholesale sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify 7-Luxe Candle Co. within 5 business days of delivery. Please include photos of any damaged merchandise. Approved claims will be replaced or credited at our discretion.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement if production has not begun.

Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled.
