Wholesale Orders
Thank you for choosing 7-Luxe Candle Co. We are committed to providing handcrafted, premium soy coconut candles to our wholesale partners. By placing an order through our wholesale website, you agree to the following terms.
Minimum Order
The minimum wholesale order is $300.00 before applicable sales tax.
Payment
We accept the following payment methods:

Payment is due at the time of delivery unless other arrangements have been made in writing.
Delivery
7-Luxe Candle Co. personally delivers wholesale orders within a 55-mile radius of Healdsburg, California.
Shipping is not currently available.
Delivery appointments will be scheduled after your order has been confirmed/completed. Small orders under 100 1-2 weeks. Larger order may take 3 weeks depending on supplies.
Production Time
Because our candles are hand-poured in small batches, production times may vary depending on order size and seasonal demand.
Customers will be notified if additional production time is required.
Returns & Damaged Merchandise
Due to the handmade nature of our products, all wholesale sales are final.
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If merchandise is damaged or incorrect, notify 7-Luxe Candle Co. within 5 business days of delivery. Photos of damaged items may be requested before replacements or credits are issued.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement if production has not yet begun.
Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled.
Product Variations
Each candle is handcrafted. Slight variations in wax appearance, fragrance color, frosting, or labeling may occur and are considered a normal part of artisan candle production.
Pricing
Wholesale prices are confidential and intended solely for approved wholesale customers.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Limitation of Liability
7-Luxe Candle Co. is not responsible for damages resulting from improper candle use, failure to follow candle safety instructions, or misuse after delivery.
