Every wholesale order is personally delivered by a member of the 7-Luxe Candle Co. team to ensure your candles arrive safely and in perfect condition.

Delivery Policy

At 7-Luxe Candle Co., we proudly provide personal delivery service to our wholesale partners. Because we believe in building strong relationships with our retail accounts, we do not ship wholesale orders at this time.

Delivery Area

We personally deliver wholesale orders within a 55-mile radius of Healdsburg, California.

Orders outside our delivery area may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us before placing your order.

Minimum Order

The minimum wholesale order is $300.00 before applicable sales tax.

Delivery Schedule

Once your order has been received, we will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date and time.

Most wholesale orders are delivered within 7-14 business days, depending on product availability and production schedules.

Custom orders and large-volume orders may require additional production time.

Delivery Fees

We are pleased to offer FREE personal delivery on all qualifying wholesale orders within our delivery area.

Delivery Inspection

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If there are any damaged or incorrect items, please notify us within 5 business days so we can promptly resolve the issue.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver every order on schedule, unforeseen circumstances such as weather, traffic, or production delays may occasionally affect delivery times. If a delay occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible.
